Thermally insulated pipes

Vendor:

The outer diameter of the pipes can be from 32 to 1420 mm. The length of steel pipes for diameters of not more than 219 mm is 8 - 12 m, diameter from 273 mm and above from 10 to 12 m.

In pipes up to 426 mm in diameter two conductors of the operational control indicator are installed. Conductors are located parallel to the axis of the pipe in the plane of one section. At the upper position of the longitudinal weld of the steel pipe, the conductors are in positions corresponding to 3 and 9 hours.

In pipes with a diameter of 530 mm and more, three indicator conductors are installed at positions corresponding to 3.9 and 12 hours. The longitudinal seam of the steel pipe is in this position (12 ± 2h).

*The thickness of the wall of the steel pipe is set in the design

Example: the conventional designation of a steel pipe with an external diameter of 57 mm, a wall thickness of 3 mm with insulation type 1 in a polyethylene sheath:

Trumpet Cm 57 x 3-1-PPU-PE GOST 30732-2006,

the same in a galvanized shell:

Trumpet   Cm 57 x 3-PPU-OC GOST 30732-2006.
